Coverage & Fees

Housing at P41 is a self-pay program. Residents license a bed within a structured, single-gender home and are responsible for covering their program fees, food, and personal expenses.

In some cases, housing fees may be paid by a third party, such as a supervising agency or referring organization. This is reviewed individually during the application and phone interview process.

Because bed placement, length of stay, and availability vary, pricing is not listed publicly. Fees are discussed only after:

An application has been submitted, and A qualifying phone interview has taken place

Submission of an application does not guarantee placement.

Our Peer-Recovery-Coaching

In addition to housing, all participants take part in peer recovery coaching as a required component of the P41 program. This support is integrated into daily life at P41 and is designed to promote accountability, stability, and long-term progress.

Peer recovery coaching may be covered by Health First Colorado (Medicaid) for eligible participants. At this time, coverage may be available through select Medicaid plans, including Colorado Community Health Alliance (CCHA) and Colorado Access.

For participants who are not eligible for Medicaid coverage, alternative payment arrangements may be available. Details are discussed individually, as support needs and coverage options can vary.
